Cartridges

Cartridges do not require MSDS data, please see statement below from Abbott Environmental Affairs & Product Safety in Delkenheim:

"In the scope of  directives 1999/45/EC (and accordingly in 91/155/EC also) are preparations, defined as "mixtures and solutions composed of two or more substances" in article 2 (b).  Consequently we do not provide MSDS for Cartridges and test strips (Therasense)  as they are regarded as articles rather than preparations and so are out of these requirements, despite the fact that of cause they contain/are made out of chemicals."
